Verify your account

Step 1

Login at tzoker.gr or TZOKER App

Click on LOGIN at tzoker.gr or TZOKER App homepage, after the completion of your sign up and confirmation of your email.

Verify your account

Select “My Account” and “Verify your Account Now” option.

Upload a photo

Upload a photo of both sides of your ID card or passport (or any other document you selected upon your signing up, i.e. military ID card) by clicking on “Attachment” in the relevant field. 

Step 4

Select additional document

Step 4 out of 4

Select the Additional Document of verification you wish from the relevant list: a) IBAN, b) Public Utility Bill, c) Solemn Declaration. 

Note: 
ΙΒΑΝ  
Enter the IBAN of your bank account in field “Enter IBAN” and click on “Save IBAN”. 
Public Utility Bill  
Upload a photo of the front side of a public utility bill (i.e. Public Power Corporation (DEI), mobile telephony) issued within the last 6 months and mentioning your full name and address or phone number you have submitted, by clicking on “Attachment” in the relevant field.  
Solemn Declaration  
Upload a photo of the certified Solemn Declaration you will find here, by clicking on “Attachment” in the relevant field. Alternatively, you can fill it in electronically here via gov.gr (no certification needed) and then upload it to your account.
