What is it?
This type of package is created / activated for the time period you choose, without having to pay the total cost upfront. The slip of your pack will automatically be submitted in each draw within this period and you will be charged for each draw individually.

How does it work?
The first slip you deposit always participates in the current draw and at the same time, if you select a monthly package, it creates the corresponding consecutive draws package for the period of your choice. From the next draw, this slip will be submitted automatically and charged individually in each draw that will be completed within the selected period, if there is a sufficient balance in your online lottery wallet. You will be notified by email for all actions concerning your monthly package.
What is the duration of a monthly pack?
You can choose the total duration of the monthly package to be 1,2, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Each monthly package has a specific expiration date, however your slip will be submitted/played in the draws that will take place during your package duration. That is, if there is no draw on the due date, your slip will not be submitted for the next draw(s) following the expiration date. The package expires at 23:59:59 on the day of the expiration date.
You create a monthly package of consecutive draws on 17/06. This package will expire on 17/07.
You create a package of consecutive 3-month draws on 30/11. This package will expire on 28/02 (or 29/02).
Once your selected period has elapsed, your package changes status to "Completed"

JACKPOT AMOUNT PACK
What is it?
In this package category, you have the option to set a specific JACKPOT amount/threshold, above which the slip that belongs to this package will be submitted. For example, you create a consecutive draws package with a JACKPOT amount and you choose that your slip should be submitted only when the JACKPOT is equal to or greater than € 2,000,000.
This version lets you play your slip only for a specific amount of jackpot you want. For example, you choose to play when only the jackpot is equal to or greater than €2,000,000.

What is the duration of a package based on JACKPOT amount?
The consecutive draws packages with a JACKPOT amount threshold do not have an expiration date. You can choose to deactivate them at any time through your account.

What is required to submit a slip successfully from the package I choose?
• Have sufficient balance in your account
• Do not exceed your responsible gaming limits
• Have an active account
• Your slip is not successfully submitted for 3 consecutive draws and your draw package has not been deactivated for any reason
• The duration of your package has not expired (for monthly packages)
Can I create more than one consecutive draw packages?
You can create more than one consecutive draw packages, either monthly or with a Jackpot amount threshold.
Will I receive notifications for my actions?
For any action that concerns your consecutive draws package, you receive a relevant notification (e.g. successful slip submission or submission failure due to insufficient funds, etc.)
What happens if one of my packages is not successfully submitted?
In case a slip belonging to a consecutive draws package is not successfully submitted (due to insufficient balance or for some other reason), the system automatically attempts to deposit the slip at regular intervals before each corresponding draw, to check if the reason that prevented the slip submission in the first place has been eliminated (e.g. funds added by the player).
If you deposit money to your Tzoker wallet or if winnings from previous draws are added, the system will automatically try to submit the slip of your package again. In any case of a successful or failed attempt to submit the slip, you will receive a notification in your email.
In case the slip of one of your packages is not successfully submitted until 20:30 pm on the day of the respective draw, despite the above automated deposit attempts, then your ticket is NOT deposited and you will have to deposit it manually through tzoker.gr or TZOKER APP.
If a slip that belongs to a consecutive draws package (either monthly or Jackpot amount) is not successfully submitted for 3 consecutive draws, then your package is automatically deactivated. In this case you will receive a relevant update in your email.
How can I activate/deactivate my consecutive draws package?
You can activate or deactivate a consecutive draws package at any time through your account. Any slips that have already been submitted in an open draw through the package will not be canceled.
